Ansys Fatigue Analysis Help needed

I want to perform fatigue analysis on a part made of 17-4ph. I only found the S-N curve for the fatigue test of the notched specimen. I couldn't find test results of the un-notched specimen. How can I use data of the notched specimen fatigue test in Ansys? I believe, notched test data are for crack life analysis, not for Stress life of a component. In the test results, I have found, stress concentration factor was 3. Is there any way I can use that data to perform Stress-Life analysis.
