Hello everyone. We are two mechanical engineering students that are doing our dissertation. For our analysis we used Ansys Mechanical APDL. We used design optimization to optimize our model. The problem is that when we input the results of the optimization in the program, to get the contour plot, the von mises stress values of the contour plot, are different compared to the results that we had after the optimization. Does anyone know why is this happening? Thanks you in advance.
