Hello

In the help system for Ansys Workbench 11, it says that you can now attach surfaces from Inventor models - I'm fairly sure that at release 10 this couldn't be done at all.

The above statement may well be true, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to generate a 2D surface model in Inventor. If possible, I should like to be able to do this by projecting the plane created by a cut through a 3D axisymmetric model, for analysis in 2D.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
