Ansyslmd.exe problem

hello,

the process ansyslmd.exe eats up all of my cpu power (100% of a single core), any ideas why? the ansys software (12.1 and 11) itself runs ok, but i don't like that process using my cpu. there were also no problems encountered during the install (or lic install) whatsoever.

win7 x64, ansys 12.1 licensing, ansys 11 workbench (to be replaced with 12.1)

Try restarting the machine. I think the ansyslmd chews up CPU cycles after a return from hibernation or standby.
