Antenna Specs for WISP using 5.4Ghz in Diversity

Would like to find someone to assist in design of an Antenna system to provide Wireless Intenet Access to rural community (Approx. 10 Sq/Mi) using Unlicensed 5.4Ghz and Max allowble EIRP. Access Point has Integrated Dual Diversity @ 1.5dBi

Modulation is OFDM

Channels are 8 Non-Overlapping
