Does anyone know where I can get info on anti roll bar "ends" manufacturers. Imagine an axle that lifts so much that the ends of any bar attached to it also have to move at relatively large (30deg) angles. Is there anything like rubber bearings or spring boxes that would allow this twist. I'm sure Ive seen some sort of radius arms attached to bodies?

Rod-ended endlinks, suitably oriented so as to avoid running out of angular travel?

Accommodating a large angular requirement here with compliance partially defeats the purpose of having the bar there in the first place.

You'll struggle to find anything that can handle more than 24 degrees, whether rubber or steel, the trick is to arrange the compound angles so that the articulation angle is minimised.

If you make the 'lever' part of the bar longer, and move the hinge point away from the axle, it should be able to deal with more axle travel. You'll have to use a fatter bar, too.

OR, link the anti- roll bar not to the axle itself, but to the radius arms that locate the axle, ~halfway along their length. And locally reinforce the arms, of course.
