Any advice on project management/documentation control and CRM softwar

Guys,

We are a medium sized engineering company with design, sales, purchaseing, stores, workshop, admin, accounts, testing etc. departments.

Now at any points of time, we may be involved in a number of small to big projects.

Are ther any softare to integrate the above departments to manage multiple projects (small to large size) along with:
-Customer relationship Manageent capability
- Supplier database
- Documentation control

etc.

Any help will be greatly apprecaited
