Does anyone know of a clipboard manager utility that works well with pasting multiple entries into SolidWorks? I frequently have the need to paste multiple items into notes, rev blocks, properties, etc. in multiple files. Currently, I just type the items into a text file and copy and paste out of it as needed, but it can be time consuming. So I am looking for ways to streamline this task. I've tried several clipboard managers like ArsClip and Ditto already, but they don't always paste into SWX reliably. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Will that also work for rev table entries and custom properties? Or is it only for notes?

It only works with notes unfortunately. That may prove helpful also, but it's not quite what I am looking for though. Thank you though.

For Custom Properties, try using the "Property Tab Builder". You can find it in the start menu.
You can get the drop down menus to link to a text file; then you can select the "commonly used data" or manually enter anything else you might want simply as text. I use this to enter Job info, drawing/approval, client info... Anything that I want to be the same from one drawing to another.
[Custom Properties are from File >> Properties, or at the top it looks like a hand holding a sheet of paper]

Matt also has these 2 blog posts about revision blocks, and a macro he's got:
I've never used the macro, but I found these pages for you. I hope they help.

Thanks guys! I'll be out of the office for the next week for training, but I'm definitely going to give these new methods a try when I get back.
