Any ideas how to finish this surface loft?

Hey guys,

I'm new to surfacing, most of my solidworks experience has been in structural tubing and sheet metal. I'm trying o make a complex surface. I started by tracing out two pictures to use as guide curves and then used splines to create staggered ribs. I managed to get it almost the way I want it but I can't get one end to follow the guide curves and cap properly. I attached the file. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I'd appreciate any help on this

You need the Jellybean add-on. ;-)

It looks like it doesn't like the sketch shapes to close that end. Try adjusting the sketches, or add more sketches.

You need to break up your splines in the 2nd direction for the first loft. I would also use a boundary surface instead of a loft. One you have the splines broken up it should be easier to cap the ends with boundary surfaces or fills. I hope this helps.
