Any Suggestions on CATIA Support contract?

We are using the Equipment and Systems area of CATIA and looking for a good support plan. Anyone have suggestions on companies out there that provide outstanding support in Structual, HVAC, Piping etc.?

Where are you located?

Based on my experience at NN Shipbuilding, I'd recommend IBM or Dassault for support. Both companies have several very knowledgable Application Engineers who are specialists on these tools.
