Anyone familiar with UNESCO-IHE?

Recently I learned of a Masters of Science in Coastal engineering / Port management offered through UNESCO-IHE at the University of Delft, the Netherlands. A link to the site is below:

Is anyone out there familiar with this program or UNESCO-IHE in general? Would this be a good avenue if I desired to work internationally for the UN or a large conglomerate?
