Anyone Located on the Florida/Georgia Line near Jacksonville?

Hey - I have a friend who just contacted me with questions about a home inspection report for a house near Jacksonville (but barely over the line in GA). I'm not licensed in GA and can't give her a formal opinion (that and I can't get to the house before Friday) - anyone nearby? We can work out contact information.
