AP100 SQL ERROR

I get SQL ERROR login failed in AP100 periodically and often call Amada to fix it. Every time they fix it they charge for it. They just reinstall the whole thing. Is there a solution for this. I tried troubleshooting myself but failed. Should I call them because my data is really important.
