API 11/52 Seal Plan selection

I am in the process of checking the adequacy of seal flush plan for BB5 pump pumping condensate hydrocarbon.The pump will also pump produced water at times. The current selection of seal plan is API 11/52. The Pump has a limited NPSH margin of 1.3m. Is API 11/52 the optimal plan for the selected application or should a pressurized seal plan API 11/53B be required?

There was recently a very similar question in the mechanical seal forum. I would prefer a Plan 53A or 53B in this service. But, I would consider Plan 52 to be acceptable.
