Hello all,
One question to ask,
Here in API 11D1 there is a sentence about testing Grade V3:
"Product with no anchoring devices or anchoring devices that hold in one direction may be restrained by the test fixture to prevent movement in the un-anchored direction(s)" API 11D1, Section 6.5.2.5, page 16.
My apologize before that may question is too shallow due i dont have any experince in field engineering, i just want to ask what is the meaning of "anchoring devices" ? may someone explain it more clear about this sentence ?
