API 12F

I am working on a Storage Tank (OD: 12' and Height: 16')which will be complied with API 12F. I checked API 12F code, but I didn't find sufficient information about the dome (head). It looks like a cone dome (very flat), I don't know the detailed design. Please advise.

API 12F only includes certain specific tank dimensions, and 12x16 is not one of them, so the tank won't comply with API-12F.
The roof is a self-supporting cone roof with 1:12 pitch. There's not a detailed design in API-12F, it just specifies dimensions and thickness.

If built under API-650 App. J, the roof would be minimum 2:12 pitch.
