API 16A Test Stump

The test stump is not a monogrammable product in 16A. There is clause in 16A (4.4.8) states that test stump shall be in accordance with API 6X. My design of test stump is 13-5/8" 5K Test blind with one quantity of 9/16" autoclave test port at flange OD. There will be non standard removable adapter flange with NC-50 connection. The test blind is already in compliance with API 6A anyway.

What steps do i need to do to make this in compliance with API 6X?

Will it be suffice if i just do combined stress analysis (5.2) from API 6X?
