API 530 ,Coker thickness

Hi All,
I used API 530 to calculate the tube max. skin temperature.
In the Annex B.4 Maximum tube metal temp section, the different temp is calculated by equ B.9 , B.10, B.11.
But in the Annex B, they did mation where I can get the thickness and the typical fouling factor for coke or scale.
Please give me some ideal how to find the information?
