Hello,
Can anyone here guide me regarding material of a vertical submersible centrifugal pump required to handle sour water service (H2S and NH3. The following are the process conditions
Capacity rated: 25 GPM
Suction pressure Max/rated: 10/0.01 PSIG
Discharge pressure: 27 PSIG
Discharge head: 65 FT
NPSHA: 10 FT
Max ambient temperature: 122 degrees F
Max pumping temp: 280 degrees F
Viscosity of 0.6 cP
It is driven by a squirrel cage induction motor with a horizontal driver type.
I want information on the following as per API 610
MDMT, materials of barrel/case, impeller, case/impeller wear rings, shaft and diffusers.
In addition, please guide me on proposal curve number, RPM, impeller dia rated (Max/Min), impeller type, rated power, efficiency, preffered and allowable operating region, max head and power at rated impeller, NPSHR at rated capacity
