API 620 Footnote 16 2

In section 5 of API 620 there are several references to Footnote 16
(e.g. "NOTE: See Footnote 16 for information applicable to Equation (10)" on page 5-21).

The only Footnote 16 I can find is in section 4 on page 4-10:
"If better grades of bolts are used, higher bolt stress values are not recommended with full-faced gaskets."

This doesn't make any sense. Does anyone have any idea what the real footnote might say?

If you are looking at the 12th Edition, 1st Addendum, the note is properly Footnote 18 and can be found on page 5-19. This note was formerly Footnote 16 and the references to it were not updated. I will make sure that it gets changed.
