API 650 - Shell to Bottom FW - NDT requirements

Hello,

I have new tanks under construction acc. to API 650.
I wondering what should be the scope of NDT for FW on Shell to Bottom plates.

API in points:

[li]7.2.4 Shell-to-Bottom Welds mention mandatory tests on the initial pass.[/li]
[li]7.3.3 Examination and Testing of the Tank Bottom telling about the test upon completion of the tank bottom. Is mention about all welds.[/li]
[/ul]

My question is if 7.3.3 is applicable for shell-to-bottom welds also or not?

7.2.4 is mandatory for the corner weld but is not for the other bottom welds
7.3.3 is for all other bottom welds but is not for the corner weld
