API 650 WELDER QUALIFICATION

Hello friends
If my Procedure Qualification Report (PQR) is approved by an AI or is an AWS Standard Weld Procedure, and my internal quality assurance has a record of the Weld Procedure Qualification (WPQ) from the individual welder with a continuity record to back up continuous (usually every two month) monitoring.
is that my welder is qualified to weld on the API 650 tank by using continuity record.
i was looking in API I did not find out.

I believe API just refers to ASME for welder certification.

ASME IX governs welding procedure and welder qualification under API 650.
