Hello everyone,

I am currently analysing appendix P of API-650, once I have to calculate the allowable external loads on tank connections. However this API only describe a method to tanks larger than 36 m in diameter.

Please could anyone tell me how should I procede for tanks smaller than 36 m in diameter?
