Hearl Mead led a discussion reviewing a proposal and possible consultants to contract for drafting API
934-D on materials and fabrication guidelines for 1 ¼ Cr-1/2 Mo. The committee decided that both the
applications from 450-850F (232-454C) and >850F (>454C) should be included in this technical report.
Also, 2 ¼ Cr should be mentioned where it has differing resistance or requirements, or is the “solution” to a
potential problem with 1 ¼ Cr. This work is in the 2007
