API code for Point Surface Joint

Hi all,

I am developing the macro for Kinematics Joints. I do not know the how to create the code for Point Surface Joint.
Could anyone help me to get the API for Point surface joint in DMU. I know the references for this one

I do not know for the API for the adding the Joint.

jntRigid = varNewMech.AddJoint("CATKinRigidJoint", arrJointParams)

I would like to know what kind of API for Point surface joint as like as CATKinRigidJoint
