API for stresses ASME

Hello,

I want to know if somebody has API to calculate the following stress in plane element:

- Primary General membrane stress (Pm)
- Primary bending stress (Pb)
- Secondary membrane plus bending stress (Q)

Because several results exist and I don't know which to use for the analysis of the results according to the ASME VIII division 2.
