API Inspector Re certification CPD Hours

Dear API Inspectors

My API 570 Certificate is expiring in 2023. As per new API guidelines I need 16 CPD Hours to renew my certificate. Can anyone recommend some online programs wherein I can attend and gain the necessary points?

Isn't API waiving that requirement in lieu of experience?
