API RP 2A LRFD code withdrawn 1

I have a query about current status of the API code, API RP 2A LRFD "Recommended practice on planning, designing, and constructing fixed offshore platforms - Load and resistance factor design"

It is noted as 'Withdrawn' on the API website.

Does anyone know why it was withdrawn and when?

I found this. Looks like the LRFD version has been replaced.

ISO 19902 has incorporated alot of the LRFD components
