API to find interference in Assembly

Hi all
I am working on SW APIs. I want to find out which faces are mating even with no constraints attached. Is it possible to find it out.
Also if I change one part in assembly context and the new part now interferes with the old one. How can I find this with API

The results from ToolsCheckInterference2 are quiet complicate, but the example will be a start.
