API Wind Load : one minute ?

Hello All,

In API 650 Section 3.11, wind load is specified based on 160 km/hr. But not mentioned 3 sec gust or 10 minutes average wind speed.

Factually, I would like to conversion my wind speed "x" (API maximum speed less than one minutes) to API general calculation speed, e.g., (x/160) to get the wind load.

If you have any ideas, please inform to me.

The API-650 wind speed is simply a peak velocity, not a 3-second gust.

That is not currently addressed in any API standards that I know of.
