API620 Tank perlite change out (Product: Ethylene & propylene)

Anybody in this group experienced on the Tank 620 perlite changeout?

So far didn't read any article on this matter. Please share if anyone come across his.

thank for the replied.

Do this tank required to Decomminisioning before carry out this perlite changeout?
When some part of the perlite was icing and we suspect there was a leakage ether from inner wall or outer wall.
I feel this might involve alteration.

Errr, yes.

Perlite is there normally to keep cold things cold. No Insulation it will get warm.
