I am having trouble getting my appearance.dmt (color palette) loaded automatically into WF2.0

I have the appearance.dmt file located in the "TEXT" subdirectory of the WF2.0 install directory.

I have the path specified in the config.pro "pro_colormap_path" parameter, yet it fails to load automatically. The rest of my config file functions properly. I am able to load manually without any problems from the VIEW->COLOR AND APPEARANCE PULLDOWN.

Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

I just realized I have another color/config.pro issue and I'm wondering if they're related.

I have adjusted the offset_line_col parameter to 100 100 0 for yellow offset lines. They're still appearing default blue.

Is my syntax correct?
