Appendix 6/1 in series 600 earthworks

Can somone please direct me to the App 6/1 (im assuming that means appendix) referenced in Table 6/1 in series 600 highways earthworks.

Cant seem to find it anywhere.

It's contract-specific. The specifier (designer) would have to write it. Search for the NG600 document (notes for guidance) which sets out the content. There are probably some examples available on the internet.
