I am currently working on an office building which contains a kitchen. The only info I could find for heat gains given by the appliances were 1,000 W for a microwave and not much for the range/oven. Each kitchen will contain a microwave and consumer type oven. Does anyone have good info or rule of thumb to use for the appliance heat gain in the kitchen? I also have found heat gains for a standard business copy machine listed as 1000-1500 W as well which seems high. I was planning on using about 200 W per desktop computer with monitor. Thank you for your input.
