Apply a joint constraint after Dead Load initial deformation.

Hi,
I'm trying to model the effect of welding the bottom chord to stabilizing plate of open web joists on roof.
According to documents, this plate is welded to bottom chord extension after all the dead load is applied.
But, after that, live loads, snow loads and wind can be presented so the open web joist will suffer some bending.

Is there any way in sap2000 to model that, first dead loads, after that joint constraint and after live, snow, wind loads?
