Apply attribute to all level

Hi
I need help on how to write the nx journal to apply the attribute to top assy, sub assy and part(3-level assy). Any help will be very much appreciated.

We do this with a journal that asks for input then applies it to all the components in the assembly (must be run from the top of the assembly). A good poster named cowski helped with the code. Don't know if it can be done any other way.
