Apply bending moment on a cylinder meshed with SHELL93

Hi,
A cylinder with internal diameter d=0.09 mm, external diameter D=0.11 mm, and the length L=100mm.One end is fixed,and apply a bending moment 1mm.N on the other one.We can get the maximum deflection equals about 7.56 mm with formula.
I did it with ANSYS in two ways:
1. built a mass element at the center of the end, rigid the end, and applied the moment on the mass element.
2. average the moment and applied on all the nodes at the end.

The results shows that way NO.1 get a very close value with the formula one.So I think this way is good.
However, when I check the reaction solution, both the ways are not godd. I think the reaction moment should be equal with what I applied. But it is not. I wonder why. Is there anybody know about this.Thank you!
