Approved metals for medical electronic implant device

Is there a web site or published list of metals and/or metallic systems that can safely be used in for fabricating an electronic implant device such as pacemakers, defribulators, etc?

I can't vouch for all materials in specific, although there are a number of ASTM guidelines for this. ASTM F136 is a good start...
