Approximate Cost of Fire Stopping a concrete penetration

Good Morning all,

I have a project in a new power generation plant. The Contractors did not apply any Fire-Stop in the penetrations so this will have to be a retro-fit. Could someone please advise the approximate average U.S. materials cost of fire-stopping a penetration 9 inches x 18 inches x 8 inch concrete floor with a 80% cable tray and cable fill.

Our local Labor cost is already calculated
