Are anodizing and electroless nickel compatible processes?

I'm working on an aluminum electronics package that needs:
1) to be conductive on the inside and mating surfaces for EMI.
2) an abrasion resistant matte black finish on the outside.
3) to be able to have good resistance to salt fog atmosphere.

I generally electroless-nickel plate surfaces to get the best corrosion resistant & conductive finish. I'd really like to black anodize the exterior surfaces but I'm not sure if the two are compatible. I'll admit to not knowing a lot about the two processes. Is it possible to mask the conductive surfaces, anodize, remove the masking and EN plate -or vice versa? That is, can the anodized surfaces survive the EN plating process (without more masking)?
