Are commercial electronic structural detail libraries worth it? Examples?

I want to purchase an Electronic Structural Detail Library and have come across a few

McGraw-Hill Electronic Structural Detail Library
Axiom Solutions, LLC-Handbook of Structural Details For Buildings First Edition - 500 Pages Paperback Handbook
Civilworx-Libraries

The McGraw-Hill library is out of print and I can't find it on ebay or anywhere else, and Axiom library offers a semi-annual subscription to the electronic version of the library of $130 per user/year. Not sure if I would own the details after purchase or have to keep my subscription current.

I looked at a few details and they were somewhat lacking compared to the previous engineering firm I worked at, ie single connection detail vs a typical beam connection detail that covers everything from a w8 and up. It is understood that my actual engineering would have to back any detail.

Has anyone been impressed with an electronic library they bought?
I'm interested in purchase (to own, no subscription) with dwg/acad files, US / standard units as applicable
