Argon purification

In our plant we have an Argon purification unit. Crude argon (at about 100mbar) with 2,5% Oxygen is the feed to a waterringpump, then at a pressure of 2,5 bar the crude argon is fed into a DEOXO unit, together with Hydrogen to remove the oxygen from the Argon.
From the DEOXO, the gas goes into a dryer to remove the water.

Last months we have problems with controlling the oxygencontent at the outlet of the unit.
Suddenly, apparently without any reason, the oxygen content rises from 0,5 to about 3 ppm within a minute. 3ppm is out of spec, so not wanted.
We checked the whole system, checked, the analysers, measured at different points, but the conclusion is: there is really 3ppm oxygen in the argon.

We are running out of ideas. Does anyone have idea's the check or to try in the system?
All ideas are highly appreciated.

Thanks
