Arquimedes screw pumps

Hello, I would like to konow if there is somebody that can help us with information about incilnated arquimedes screw pumps. We have been already installed 3 arquimedes screw pumps (diameter: 40", capacity: 140 lts/sg), but we have trouble with disaligment in operation.
