I have an Assembly with 3 arrangements. The arrangements are 3 degrees, 45 degrees, and 80 degrees respectfully. I have a part that has a sketch which is also in this assembly. Right now when I change my arrangement of the assembly to 45 degrees I also have to change the reference set that I made within the lone part to 45 degrees. The assembly is now true to the eye. There was a lot of work to accomplish this task of making different scenarios within the sketch and making reference sets and changing reference sets when setting the right arrangement.
Is there a better way like not having to change reference sets and linking the ref sets to the correct arrangement. There HAS TO BE a better way.
Please help I am hungry to learn more ways. I would like to just like to hit arrangement and the part tht has a sketch, that is in the arrangement does not have to be touched by changing ref. set. I know arrangements are controlled by mating conditions which is how I made at the assembly level but the part/sketch that has to move from a fixed position is a curved hose that follows a valve. This Sketch is const. to a level where the hose starts bending when rotated. Which is good. the path of the hose consists of 3 radius and 1 angled line.
Thanks
