YES-IT'S LIKE SOME RETAINED THEIR MATING CONDITIONS AND SOME LOST THEIR MATING CONDITIONS. I GET A ERROR MESSAGE WHICH STATES COMPONENTS ARE PART OF AN ARRAY AND MIGHT NOT REPOSITION CORRECTLY. ON ONE ARRAY THERE WERE ONLY THREE PARTS IN THE ARRAY AND I MATED THE ARRAY PARTS AND ALL IS WELL. THE OTHER PARTS ARE BALL BEARINGS IN A TRI RACE SWIVEL JOINT (105 PARTS) AND WOULD TAKE FOR EVER TO REMATE.

I AM USING ASSEMBLY CONSTRAINTS.....

I avoid using component arrays if it's only a handful of parts. Not worth the hassle a lot of the time.
