Artic Grade Diesel Fuel - Ultimate Analysis

While i will be investigating other resources, i appreciate it if someone will tell me how to determine the ultimate analysis (i.e. %C, %H, %N2, %SO2, lhv, hhv, etc.) for DF-A diesel fuel. i've the boiling range at atmospheric pressure that corresponds to 5%, 10% 30%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% of the mixture having been vaporized, density, specific gravity, etc.
