articulating swivel for handheld package

Hi,
I am designing a rugged handheld product that I would to have one side that articulates (swivels). For reference, the product would be about 2X the height and width of this camera (similar thickness):

Does anybody know of a vendor who specializes in hardware that would allow the two halves of the product to be joined like that?

Thanks but these all look like mechanical mounts only. I need something that the cables can pass through also for the electronics in each half to communicate with each other.

oh! Then, depending on your Nema spec., I think we used a phone type jack and phone chord in a device. The chord passed along the outside though.

Good idea of utilizing the mech swivel as a trough though.

Have you looked at the guys that make cell phone pivots and hinges like these at Southco?

The Nikon thing looks fairly custom. Why not just develop your own custom mechanism using the Southco stuff as a starting point?
