Could someone please tell me what the requirements are for yield and tensile strength according to the below specifications please?
I would really appreciate a screenshot from the relevant table or something similar (but I will take whatever I can get!).
Thanks for your kind cooperation...

AS 2203.1 - 1990 : ETD-GXp-W769A.K4

AS 1553 (no version mentioned but an edition of similar age) : E4818 or E4816

Sorry can't help with screenshot but here is some info.

For your FCAW
Tensile = 760 - 900 Mpa
Min yield = 680 Mpa
Min elongation = 14%
Min impact values (average) = 27j@ - 50 degrees C

For your MMAW
Tensile = 500 - 620 Mpa
Min yield = 420 Mpa
Min elongation = 22%

There is a note for the MMAW
For each increase of 1% in the value of elongation over the minimum a decrease of 10 Mpa in Tensile and Yield strength is allowed to the following minimum values
Tensile = 480 Mpa
Yield = 400 Mpa

Hope that helps,
Cheers,
Shane
