AS9100 gerotor suppliers

Hello!

I am investigating the use of gerotors for one of our pumps and am actively searching for North American AS9100 certified suppliers who have experience in this field. Can anyone suggest an org they've worked with for manufacturing gerotor gearsets and shafts?

I'm assuming this is for an aerospace application since you require an AS9100 qualified vendor. There are several US vendors capable of producing gerotor components in an AS9100 qualified facility. But they are usually reluctant to take on a job unless there is some guarantee of production orders. Off-the-shelf components are not usually manufactured in an AS9100 facility.

You might try a small specialist company like Cascon if you require a limited qty of development parts.
