Where did the non-overstrength seismic load combinations in ASCE 07-16? I see the overstrength combinations in 12.14.3.2.3, but not the ones for standard seismic. I

Refer to sections 2.3.6 and 2.4.5.

Thanks....I just realized that the 07-16 didn't include the Ev into the load combinations of chapter 2 for non-over-strength, but they did do it in chapter 12 for over-strength combinations. This threw me off.
